How we work with freelancers
We may engage independent creatives when project volume, format or specialist needs call for additional support. Assignments can vary in scope and duration. Before work begins, we align on deliverables, deadlines, workflow, revision expectations and compensation.
Freelancers should be comfortable working from organized briefs, receiving concise notes and delivering polished files on schedule. Availability is considered project by project, so submitting your work does not guarantee an immediate assignment.

Introduce yourself by email
Email [email protected] with the role or specialty in your subject line. Include a short introduction, your location and time zone, current availability, relevant software experience and a link to a focused portfolio or reel.
Please highlight the work you personally completed on collaborative projects. For captioning or technical roles, samples demonstrating accuracy, formatting and quality control are helpful. We review submissions as needs arise and contact applicants whose experience fits an active opportunity.
